飛秒激光加工具有高精度、三維加工能力以及材料多樣性等優(yōu)點,對精密醫(yī)療器械、內(nèi)窺微光學系統(tǒng)以及生化分析芯片均有重要意義。我們將討論上述領(lǐng)域中的最新進展。 Femtosecond laser micromachining offers high resolution, 3D fabrication capability and broad coverage of materials, therefore it is of vital importance for precision medical instrument, endoscopy, and biological/medical microfluidic chips. We discuss the latest progresses in the areas.

程亞

華東師范大學 教授

程亞教授從事飛秒微加工研究20余年,在飛秒激光直寫波導、三維微通道以及金屬精密刻蝕等技術(shù)領(lǐng)域擁有多項發(fā)明,出版了“超快激光微納加工:原理、技術(shù)與應用”等專著,在國際會議上做邀請報告150余次。

Prof. Ya Cheng has been working in the field of femtosecond laser micromachining for more than two decades. He invented several useful techniques for femtosecond laser writing of waveguides and microchannels as well as surface processing of metals. He has published more than 6 books and given more than 150 invited talks at various internal conferences.
