首先,介紹齒科行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及市場需求,回顧目前的傳統(tǒng)義齒制作方法存在的不足。重點(diǎn)講解數(shù)字化3D打印技術(shù)在齒科行業(yè)中的優(yōu)勢(shì),主要包括口內(nèi)掃描儀與義齒設(shè)計(jì)方法,以及齒科產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中相關(guān)的3D打印設(shè)備、材料與工藝,特別是在牙模、導(dǎo)板光敏樹脂3D打印機(jī)、金屬烤瓷牙金屬3D打印機(jī)、全瓷牙陶瓷3D打印機(jī)研制過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和心得體會(huì)。最后,總結(jié)一下3D打印技術(shù)在齒科應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。 Firstly, the development status and market demand of dental industry are introduced, then the shortcomings of traditional denture manufacturing methods are reviewed. The speech focuses on the advantages of digital 3D printing technology in dental industry, including the design method of intraoral scanner and denture, and the related 3D printing equipment, materials and technology in dental industry chain, especially the key technologies and experience in the development of dental mould, guide plate photosensitive resin 3D printer, metal ceramic dental 3D printer and all-ceramic dental 3D printer. Finally, the advantages and challenges of 3D printing technology in dental application are summarized.?

中國科學(xué)院寧波材料技術(shù)與工程研究所正高級(jí)工程師、博士生導(dǎo)師

張遠(yuǎn)明,中國科學(xué)院寧波材料技術(shù)與工程研究所,正高級(jí)工程師,博士生導(dǎo)師,英國謝菲爾德大學(xué)博士,浙江省特聘專家,英國皇家特許注冊(cè)工程師(CEng),中國材料新技術(shù)發(fā)展研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事。曾先后在英國拉夫堡大學(xué)和謝菲爾德大學(xué)從事大尺度漿料類建筑3D打印技術(shù)、近凈尺度鈦合金激光(SLM)/電子束(EBM)熔融3D打印技術(shù)、納米懸浮液噴墨3D打印技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新研究。曾獲機(jī)械工業(yè)部科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)和中國輕工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)科技優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)各一項(xiàng),申請(qǐng)3D打印技術(shù)相關(guān)專利10余項(xiàng)。目前主要從事先進(jìn)增材制造技術(shù)及高端制造裝備的研究。

Yuanming Zhang is a professor of additive manufacturing at the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield. He is a distinguished expert of Zhejiang, chartered engineer from the British Engineering Council, and an executive director of Chinese Materials New Technology Development Research Institute. He has multidisciplinary research and industrial experience in development of large scale slurry building, near net shape powder-based manufacturing, and nano suspension ink-jet for 3D printing technology.
